Calculate ASME B31.5 general pipe hoop stress from operating pressure, diameter, wall thickness, wall thickness tolerance and design stress.
For ASME B31.5 pipe use the Barlows equation with ASME Y factor option. Wall thickness tolerance can be defined by either a fraction tolerance, or an allowance tolerance. All tolerances should be positive. The corrosion allowance should include mechanical allowance (eg threads), erosion allowance and any other allowances. External pressure should be ignored (use the no external pressure option).
