Calculate general single phase gas pipeline line pack from base pressure and line pack pressure.
For gas storage the line pack pressure is higher than the base pressure (delta gas moles are positive). For gas output the line pack pressure is lower than the base pressure (delta gas moles are negative). The gas temperature and compressibility factor are assumed constant.
The standard units for gas moles are kilogram moles [kgmol]. Change units on the setup page (eg to SCF or SCM).
