CALCULATOR : DNVGL-RP-O501 Section 4.10 Sand Mass Rate From Erosion Probe Erosion Rate [PLUS]   ±

Calculate sand mass rate from intrusive erosion probe erosion velocity (DNVGL-RP-O501 section 4.10). The sand rate calculation may not be valid for fluid velocity less than 5 m/s.

Erosion probes should be placed in straight sections of pipe. Use the erosion loss factor L to calibrate the erosion probe.
